Our current field failure rate is below 2.5 %. Because CATCH Control devices are engineered for remote diagnostics and firmware updates, most issues can be resolved without a second site visit.
To reduce unnecessary returns, installers must now call Tech Support for troubleshooting before removing any unit. If a product sent back under warranty is found to be fully functional in our warehouse test bench, warranty labor claims may be adjusted.
Every unit returned is thoroughly tested, and any recurring issues are fed straight into our engineering process to keep reliability and longevity at the highest standard.
