Shipping to P.O. Boxes

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to courier restrictions.

The same device that controls your inverter can also control the site loads, meaning no additional device is needed. Any household base loads that can be offset with load management devices will increase self-consumption and overall savings.

3. What is Green CATCH Power?

Green CATCH Power is a system that provides an efficient way of heating electric hot water. It uses smart algorithms to determine the best way to heat your hot water. It's suitable for all single-phase solar systems and compatible with all standard electric hot water systems. It also allows you to keep your off-peak tariff.

4. What is CATCH Control Series?

CATCH Control Series is a device that allows you to have greater control over your solar system. It connects via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, offering live data. You can remotely turn loads on and off through the app and control a wide range of inverters, including export control.

5. How much can I save with CATCH Power?

While we don't like to put a dollar figure on your savings because a family of five will use a lot more energy than a single person. We generally say with Green CATCH customers will offset 85-95% of their hot water load. "First full months control load was $0.47 prior to installation we were averaging $90!" - Brett W. 8. How does CATCH Power help with energy costs?

CATCH Power allows you to protect yourself from rising energy costs by using more of the solar energy your system produces. A great example of this is 'Load Shifting' for Electric Hot Water. This load is usually heated between 11 pm and 3 am and is generally on a cheaper rate. With Catch Power, you can shift this load and many others to be controlled from surplus solar, saving hundreds of dollars every year.

Shifting loads under the solar curve refers to the process of adjusting energy usage to match the production of solar energy. By using more of the solar energy produced during peak production hours, households can reduce reliance on the main power grid, thereby saving money. This process is automated with Catch Power technology.

CATCH Power products can be purchased directly from our website. We offer different devices to match the specific needs of homeowners and installers.

CATCH Power Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Products purchased from CATCH Power can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in new and unused condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Products once opened cannot be resold as new stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at

Incorrect Items

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and the correct item to be shipped.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a CATCH Power error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Please be aware that all orders unless faulty will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, refund will be processed, and a credit minus restocking fee will be applied to your account.

Exceptions

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders or special promotions where the terms state that all sales are final. These exceptions will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

Exchanges
